Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core has three rows of tubes and measures 18.56 inches from header to header, 16.48 inches from side to side, 3.50 inches thick, and 4.00 inches inside the header. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 1.50-inch inlet and a 1.75-inch outlet.
